Seafood is where cold-chain discipline is not negotiable. Product is received frozen, held at −18°C or below across 110 tons of dedicated cold storage capacity, and delivered in refrigerated transport — the temperature record is continuous from the exporter’s vessel to the client’s counter.
Our salmon programme runs on direct relationships with AquaChile and Macaya Seafoods in Chile, which is what makes consistent fillet sizing and reliable weekly volumes possible rather than opportunistic.
